It is located on Rua Jacinta Marto, parish and city of Fátima, central Portugal

The Fátima Wax Museum embodies and reports the main episodes of the "Apparitions of Fátima" (May 13 to October 13, 1917) that appeared in the pages of books, newspapers and magazines around the world.

The miracle of Fátima is portrayed by three-dimensional figures carefully created to keep the images faithful to reality, framed in their own, almost real environment so that visitors have a unique and unforgettable experience.

In scenes composed of wax figures, the Museum portrays the story of the seers of Fátima and the most important historical events, contextualizing it where you can read what is happening in each scene and have time to look at all the details.

The Museum consists of 32 scenes such as the chair provided by the D. Estefânia Hospital to portray the death of Saint Jacinta in that hospital, the image of John Paul II praying next to the Chapel of Apparitions in front of the image of Our Lady of Fátima.

The Museum presents the miracles of Fátima described in a wonderful way, that is, seeing scenes composed of wax figures depicting the history of the seers of Fátima and the most important historical episodes and contextualizing each event.

Particularly relevant in this Museum are the panels with details of the lives of the little shepherds, the different stages of the apparitions, the persecutions and anguish that the little visionaries had, apparitions to the little shepherds of the Virgin Mary, a scene from the First World War, the wax statue of Sister Lúcia at an advanced age, and that of Pope Francis.

Through the wax images we were able to learn the entire story of Fátima and the three little shepherds Francisco, Jacinto Marta and Lúcia who show the children's absolute faith in withstanding the pressure and threats from authority figures of the time and not providing information when under duress, the persecutions and anguish that the little visionaries had, the three apparitions of the angel to the three children, the apparition of Our Lady on May 13, 1917 (1 apparition but there were 5 apparitions to the three little shepherds).

The figures of the children are well done and the presentation is excellent especially the vision of Hell, the miracle of the sun (October 13, 1917), the wax figures and the scenery are very realistic and a good representation of the story.

In this space you can see all the panels in less than an hour and this helps you to better understand the Apparitions of Fátima.
